Rental Rates
The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis, or for a shorter duration out of peak and high seasons, subject to availability.
- Any arrival date is considered, subject to availability.
- The villa is suitable for 2 to 6 guests.
- Prices are based on 4 guests.
- Please add £150 per additional person per week for fifth and sixth guest up to a maximum of 6 people.
The following discounts are offered for 2022 & 2023 holidays:
5% - Loyalty Discount for returning guests
10% - Low Occupancy Discount for two guests
10% - Extended Stay Discount for 3 weeks or more
Rental rates are for the entire property.

50% deposit payable within 7 days of booking. Balance due 10 weeks before arrival date.
An additional £200 fully refundable deposit is required to cover breakages, unnecessary damage, key loss, unnecessary call outs.
A cot, high chair, baby cutlery and crockery are all available free of charge upon request for one small child/baby. Additional set(s) available at extra charge.
The villa is rented for short periods under Article 3 of Law 29/1994 Urban Leasing – (LAU)
